By its presence in Shanghai Wikborg Rein is taking part in one of the fastest growing economies in the world. After China's entry into the WTO in 2001 the economic growth of some 10 percent is expected to sustain. Our clients include companies engaged in shipping, oil and gas, high-tech, banking and fisheries. The core activity areas in China will be shipping and maritime law, intellectual property rights, labour law, finance, mergers and acquisitions, and direct investments in various forms.

Wikborg Rein's office in Shanghai includes both Norwegian and Chinese lawyers with both local and international expertise and experience. Our office in Shanghai has about 15 lwyers today.
