Our Corporate group works mainly with equity related matters and is distinctly transaction oriented. Teamwork, speed and the development of cost-effective transaction structures are emphasised. Clients require expert advice throughout the entire transaction process, from initial planning to closing, and we meet their needs by combining strategic thinking with legal expertise.

The Corporate group regularly advises on:

• Corporate restructuring and coordination
• Securities offerings
• Private equity/venture capital
• Fund management

To ensure that expert advice is provided on all business areas related to the matter at hand, the Corporate group draws upon the expertise of our other industry groups, such as information technology, real estate, shipping, oil and gas or bank/insurance.

The Corporate group consists of 35 lawyers and is subdivided into teams with particular expertise in corporate finance/stock exchange and securities legislation, company law, tax law and competition law. The group is headed by Leif Petter Madsen.
