Kaare Andreas Shetelig from the Office of the Attorney General to Wikborg Rein

Lawyer (H) Kaare Andreas Shetelig at present with the Office of the Attorney General has with effect from 29th November been nominated as junior partner in Wikborg Rein. He will be a part of the Trade, Industry and Public Sector Industry Group in Oslo, and enter into the team of legal procedure partners of this group. Kaare has among other things excellent competence within the field of tax litigation. Besides being a lawyer educated at BI, he also has a LL.M. degree from Stanford Law School in the US.

Kaare has seven years of experience from the Office of the Attorney General, where he has been in charge of a number of large cases related to legal business, and tax law. In 2007 he was entitled to attend the Supreme Court. Besides being a lawyer, Kaare has a Bachelor of Business and Administration from BI, and a LL.M. in Corporate Governance & Practice from Stanford Law School in California. During his stay at Stanford, Kaare won Carl Mason Franklin Award in International Law. Kaare has been a sensor at the Faculty of Law in Oslo and has taught among other things civil proceedings and tax law at the same place.
