Andreas Kildal (see CV)
Andreas Kildal is a senior associate based in the firm's Oslo office. He is a member of the firm's Corporate group and his main areas of practice are issues relating to contractual law and company law, hereunder mergers and acquisitions, and other equity transactions.
Øyvind Axe (see CV)
Øyvind Axe is a senior associate based in Wikborg Rein's Bergen office, and is part of the Shipping and Offshore group.
Axe graduated from the University of Bergen in 2001, and has also worked as a deputy judge in Stavanger tingrett. Axe's main areas of practice are relating to offshore, shipping and maritime law, in particular construction contracts, sale/purchase and financing. Axe is also experienced in dispute resolution, including national as well as international arbitration.
Rolf Riisnæs (dr. juris), (see CV)
Rolf Riisnæs is a senior associate based in Wikborg Rein's Oslo office. He is a part of the firm's practice area group Technolocy, Media and Telecom. Risnæs areas of expertise is within ICT-contracts, eBusiness/eGovernment, electronic signature, digital certificates and certification services (PKI) and privacy.
Riisnæs was appointed Dr. juris in 2006 for his thesis regarding digital certificates and certification services (PKI). He has contributed strongly to the development of eGovernment regulations in Norway.
Geir Sviggum (see CV)
Geir Sviggum is Chief Representative at Wikborg, Rein & Co., Shanghai office. Clients of the Shanghai office include national governments, state owned companies and the majority of Norwegian enterprises in China.
Geir Sviggum specializes in litigation and dispute resolution, and has handled international arbitrations and other disputes in China and several European countries. He further specializes in construction- and fabrication contracts on- and offshore, and has been lead counsel for construction projects in Scandinavia, Eastern Europe and China.
Filip Truyen
Filip Truyen is dr. juris and professor at the Faculty of Law, University of Bergen. He has previously worked at the Ministry of Justice's law department, the Office of the Attorney General, and as an Appellate Court Judge in Gulating Court of Appeal. He has published a number of legal science works. Truyen will partly keep up his position as professor at the Faculty of Law in Bergen after entering upon Wikborg Rein as a partner.
