The shipping and offshore industry in the Mexican gulf is an emerging area for Norwegian shipping and oil service companies. In this seminar we share our experience from entering into Mexican waters in the legal, financing and practical perspective. We have invited key technical and commercial resources as well as Mexican legal expertise to give their view on how to succeed in this market.
