Gunn Karin Brunsvik

Gunn Karin Brunsvik is Associate at Wikborg Rein's Bergen office and is part of the firm's Corporate group.

Brunsvik works broadly within the areas of business law, her primary field of expertise being within the areas of corporate law and securities and trade. She assists and advises both Norwegian and international clients on every stage of a transaction, including acquisitions, sale and financing of both vessels and companies, mergers and demergers, corporate restructuring and equity issues.
