Anja Dyb-Halleraker

Anja Dyb-Halleraker is Associate at Wikborg Rein's Bergen office and is part of the firm's Banking Finance group.

Dyb-Halleraker has in particular worked with financing shipping/offshore transactions. She has previously been part of our Corporate team where she worked with company law, merger & acquisitions and due diligence reviews. Today she works broadly within the areas of business law, focusing on mergers & acquisition, financing and business development, and advises clients both in Norway and abroad.

Dyb-Halleraker can also provide expertise with regard to intellectual property rights, focusing on trademarks, design and general marketing law, protection of trade secrets and know-how, copyright and IT-contracts.
