Alf Amund Gulsvik

Alf Amund Gulsvik is an associate based in Wikborg Rein's Oslo office. He is part of the firm's Trade Industry group. He works in particular within the field of public procurement and other EU-/EEA-law, but also within contracts and manufacturing. Gulsvik worked for four years in the Ministry of Government Administration on the laws and regulations for public procurement. While in the Ministry he was seconded as a structural stagiere to the EU Commission legal service, external relations team working primarily on public procurement within the WTO and Free Trade Agreements.

Gulsvik has his law degree from the University of Oslo and a master degree from Europa-Institut in Germany.
