Gard-Håvard Røren
Gard-Håvard Røren is Associate at Wikborg Rein's Bergen office and is part of the Corporate group.
He holds an LL.M degree in EU-law from the "Europa-Institut" at the University of Saarland (Germany), specialising in European and International protection of human rights, public international law, European private international law, as well as the Fundamental Freedoms of European Union law. He wrote his Master Thesis for the LL.M-degree on the relation and compatibility between the ILO Convention C94 and Council directive 96/71/EC (The Posted Workers Directive).
