Esenia C. Steckmest

Esenia C. Steckmest is a consultant and paralegal at Wikborg Rein's Oslo office and is part of the Energy and Natural Resources group as well as the Russia-team.

Steckmest has a broad range of experience working within the construction and rehabilitation of power generation projects worldwide. She also assists both Norwegian and international clients on various matters relating to Russia and Romania. Steckmest, a native of Moldova, speaks fluent Romanian, Russian, English and Norwegian.

Chile
Miscellaneous assistance to Norvind, a Chilean registered special purpose company, related to USD 61 million limited-recourse debt financing of the 46 MW Totoral Wind Farm, located in Chaopa Province, Fourth Region of Coquimbo.

Peru
Miscellaneous assistance to SN Power during the construction of the MW 168 Cheves Hydropower Project, located in the Provinces of Oyón and Huaura, using FIDIC-based documentation.
