Claire Jiang

Claire Jiang is an Associate at Wikborg Rein's Shanghai office and part of the firm's Shipping Offshore group.

Before joining Wikborg Rein, Jiang worked as Maritime Counsel in the legal department at Grand China Logistics, one of China’s largest ship owners, where she managed issues relating to insurance (owner’s liability, time charter liability, P&I insurance), claims, and legal disputes, including cargo damage and charterparty disputes. She was awarded a bachelors degree in international shipping management and a masters degree in international law from Shanghai Maritime University.
