Xiaomin Qu

Xiaomin Qu is Senior Associate at Wikborg Rein's Shanghai office and is part of the firm's Corporate group.

Qu has more than three years of experience in corporate and commercial law and with a practice focus on real estate law. Prior to joining Wikborg Rein, she worked with a leading Chinese law firm in Shanghai and gained valuable experience in advising both state-owned and public companies regarding corporate restructuring, employment and labour law and general corporate matters. Qu has represented Chinese companies before the court in matters regarding labour and commercial contract disputes.
