Lars-Kaspar Andersen

Lars-Kaspar Andersen is a Partner at Wikborg Rein’s Oslo office and is part of the firm's Corporate group.

Besides overall commercial legal counseling, he assists clients in connection with corporate transactions and M&A, including investments, acquisitions, reorganisation and equity transactions. He has broad experience with structured real estate development projects and real estate transactions, commerce, industry and media and has extensive international experience. Andersen has specialized within the corporate, exchange and securities law disciplines.
