Haakon Blaauw

Haakon Blaauw is a Partner based in Wikborg Rein's Bergen office. He is part of the firm's Corporate group. He is mainly dealing with legal issues for larger financial institutions, suppliers to the offshore industry, and other actors in cross border activity. He has participated in considerable restructurings within Norwegian commercial life, and has broad experience from litigation before Norwegian courts of law, and in arbitrations both in Norway and abroad. Blaauw is recommended by Chambers and Partners as "Leaders in their field" in the category Dispute resolution.

Blaauw was part of establishing Wikborg Rein's Bergen office back in 1978. He was admitted to the Norwegian Supreme Court in 1992.
