Chuen Yee Chee

Chee Chuen Yee is an English-qualified resident partner in Wikborg Rein’s Singapore office, advising on transactions in the shipping and offshore sector. She is qualified as a solicitor in England as well as an advocate and solicitor in Singapore. She has advised ship and rig owners in various aspects of their businesses, including the acquisition and/or construction of the vessels/rigs, the financing of such assets and contracts relating to the use and management of such assets. Chuen Yee worked for the Singapore office of a London-based international law firm before joining Wikborg Rein on 1st September 2003 as a member of the firm’s pioneer English law team. Prior to that, she worked for the private banking group of an American bank and then, as an in-house legal counsel of a local listed shipping company, advising on general corporate matters and contracts.

Chee Chuen Yee is a graduate of National University of Singapore. She also has a Master of Laws degree from King's College London, University of London.
