Torleif P. Dahl

Torleif Dahl is a Partner at Wikborg Rein's Oslo office and is part of the firm's Trade, Industry and Public sector group. He has, for a number of years, advised international, Nordic and Norwegian TMT companies on mergers, acquisitions, sale and restructuring. Since 1994, Dahl has been head of Wikborg Rein's IT, Media and Telecommunications Group. He has led and conducted contractual negotiations in the IT-sector and advised on issues relating to mobile telephone licences. He is also on the board of several companies within the TMT-sectors. 

Dahl is considered "Highly recommended" by ‘PLC Which Lawyer? Yearbook’ within IT and e-commerce. He is also listed by ‘International Who’s Who of Regulatory Communications Lawyers" and by Practical Law Company as ”highly recommended”, both within Telecommunications and IT and e-commerce.
