Cecilie Grue

Cecilie Grue is partner based in Wikborg Rein's Oslo office. She is a part of the firm's Corporate group, specialized in securities law and deputy head of the firm's Stock Exchange, Securities and Financial Regulatory legal group. Her areas of practice include listings and IPO's of Norwegian and foreign companies on the Oslo Stock Exchange and the Oslo Axess, take-over processes of listed companies under the securities trading act and EU's Take-over Directive, public offerings and private placements in listed and unlisted companies, issuance of bond-loans and in particular the Norwegian Trustee standard bond agreements, corporate structurs thereunder mergers and de-mergers and acquisition and sale ov companies and assets. Cecilie Grue advices listed companies on a continuing basis with respect to their obligations under the Oslo Børs/Oslo Axess Continuing obligations, the securities trading act and the Norwegian Code of Practise for Corporate Governance. She has particular knowledge and experience concerning the insider rules and disclosure rules under the securities trading act and EU's Market Abuse Directive.

Grue also has vast experience relating to preparation and approval of prospectus under the securities trading act and EU's Prospectus Directive.
