Bernhard Haukali

Bernhard Haukali is a partner based in the firm’s Oslo office. His practice is one of international transactional work within the banking/finance, shipping/offshore/transport and natural resources business sectors. He is a draftsman and negotiator of various types of financing documents, charter-parties, joint venture agreements, pool agreements and offshore service contracts.

Haukali has previously been based in our offices in Bergen and London.
