June Ho

June is a director of Pan Asia Law Corporation. She has been in practice since 2001 and works mainly in the areas of corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, as well as banking and finance. Prior to joining us, June worked with Linklaters, Allen & Overy, Drew & Napier and Harry Elias in Singapore. She also spent 6 months on secondment with Freshfields, London whilst at Drew & Napier.

Her areas of work include acting as counsel in relation to initial public offerings of equity securities (for both local and foreign issuers), debt issues, reverse takeovers of listed companies, mergers and acquisitions of listed and unlisted companies in Singapore and the region, rights issues, placements and other capital issues by listed companies, group restructuring projects, secured and unsecured lending transactions (both syndicated and non-syndicated) involving local and foreign banks and borrowers and also advising listed companies and financial institutions on regulatory compliance matters. Some of the matters that June has handled include acting for Sarin Technologies Ltd in its S$22.1 million initial public offering (which is the first Israeli company to be listed in Singapore), advising on the £148 million listing of 888.com, a leading online gaming company on the London Stock Exchange, acting for Maybank in its U.S.$300,000,000 Subordinated Certificates due 2017 callable with step-up in 2012 (which was the first of such offerings in Malaysia) and acting as transaction counsel in the issue of S$280,000,000 2.0 per cent. Convertible Bonds due 2013 issued by HSBC Institutional Trust Services (Singapore) Limited in its capacity as trustee of CapitaCommercial Trust.

June is a graduate from the National University of Singapore and is qualified as a solicitor in England and Singapore.
