Andreas Kildal is a Partner at Wikborg Rein's Oslo office and is part of the firm's Corporate group.

For several years Kildal has been advising Norwegian and international companies on mergers, acquisitions, sales and restructurings in Norway as well as abroad of listed/unlisted companies.
