Einar L. Koefoed

Einar L. Kofoed is a Partner based at Wikborg Rein's Oslo office and is part of the firm's Trade, Industry and Public Sector group.

Koefoed has extensive experience in a wide range of maritime law matters, law of bankruptcy - where he has assisted in some of the largest bankruptcy estates in Norway. In recent years he has mainly worked with commercial law, focusing on intermediary agreements, IT-agreements, EU/EEA law, competition-, energy- and company law. He also has extensive experience in legal procedure.

Koefoed has previously managed Wikborg Rein's former office in Rotterdam.
