Einar L. Koefoed

Einar L. Kofoed is a senior partner based in Wikborg Rein's Oslo office. He previously managed Wikborg Rein's former office in Rotterdam. He has extensive experience in a wide range of maritime law matters, law of bankruptcy – where he has assisted in some of the largest bankrupt estates in Norway. In recent years he has mainly worked with commercial law, focusing on intermediary agreements, IT-agreements, EU/EEA law, competition-, energy- and company law. He also has extensive experience in legal procedure.
