Cecilie Kvalheim

Cecilie Kvalheim is a Partner at Wikborg Rein's Oslo office and is part of the firm's Corporate group. She is head of the firm's Stock Exchange, Securities and Financial Regulatory legal group. Before joining Wikborg Rein she worked as attorney-at-law with the legal department of a major Norwegian financial services provider. Cecilie advises a broad range of domestic and foreign financial services and investment firms, fund managers, insurance companies, funds, institutional investors as well as infrastructure providers. Her practice focuses on securities law, asset management and investment fund-related matters as well as other financial regulatory issues.

Cecilie Kvalheim is ranked "Band 1" as "Leaders in their field" by Chambers and Partners Banking Finance- Regulatory, is "Highly Recommended" by PLC's Investment Funds Guide and is included in the Guide to the World's Leading Investment Funds Lawyers.
