Knud Lorentzen

Knud Lorentzen is a Partner at Wikborg Rein's Bergen office and is part of the firm's Corporate group. His main areas of practice are international and national acquisitions, equity issues, mergers, stock exchange and securities law, insolvency and bankruptcy proceedings, focusing especially on assistance to companies within different industry areas with economical problems as well as restructuring. Lorentzen also practices in maritime law including issues related to contractors and salvage. He also has extensive competence on ITF-issues. He has general expertise within most areas of the law, as well as experience as a company director making him especially qualified to assist entities in the process of adapting to new commercial challenges involving several different legal fields.
