Johan Rasmussen

Johan Rasmussen is a partner based in the firm's Oslo office. Before joining Wikborg Rein he worked in the Oslo municipality with legal issues relating to real estate. Furthermore, he worked in Christiania Bank og Kreditkasse ASA. Rasmussen works with Wikborg Rein's Banking and Finance group, and mainly with issues relating to financing, security, documentation and restructuring. He has also conducted several cases within these areas before the Norwegian courts.

Rasmussen was in 2009 recommended by Chambers and Partners as "Leaders in their field" in the category Banking Finance.
