Line Ravlo-Losvik

Line Ravlo-Losvik is a Partner and doctor juris at Wikborg Rein's Oslo office. She is head of the company's practice area group Real Estate, and deputy head of the company's industry group Real estate and construction.

During her work as a lawyer, she has assisted international and national companies regarding acquisition of and restructuring of business. During that assistance, she has extensive experience with real estate law, shareholders agreements, company flotation, corporate structure, due diligence and different issues related to company law. Further, she has particularly worked with negotiations and drafting of contracts such as share purchase agreements and asset purchase agreements. In addition to special competence related to company law, real estate, M&A and restructuring, she has also worked with litigation and private international law. Within real estate, Ravlo-Losvik assists clients in relation to all kinds of transactions including such as purchase, sale, development, syndications, OPS-cooperation, facility management and restructuring of business premises.

• Extensive experience within real estate, hereunder sale contracts and various kinds of property transactions, syndication structure, development projects, facility management etc.
• Has in 2010 assisted clients in several of the largest real estate transactions that were completed in 2010, such as assistance in relation to the purchase of Norgani Hotels, assistance in relation to Siemens' sale- and leaseback of their headquarter and assistance in relation to the sale of "Norsk Medisinaldepot" and the Norwegian "tax quarter"
  Extensive experience from company law, including questions related to such as limited liability companies, general partnerships and silent partnerships
• Participation in several major and minor acquisitions both in Norway and abroad, including both negotiation and due diligence
• Evaluation and implementation of restructuring of different businesses
• Experience from litigations related to such as real estate, company law and contract law
