Ernst Ravnaas
Ernst Ravnaas is a Partner at Wikborg Rein's Oslo office and is part of the firm's Corporate group. For most of his twenty years as a lawyer, Ravnaas has worked within the areas of tax law/tax planning, accounting law, acquisitions/restructuring/corporate law and general contract law arising in this context. Due to his background in business and economics, and various lecture activities in accounting/finance/corporate law at The Norwegian School of Management ("BI") for 7 years, a lot of his work experience is associated with these areas.
