John A. Rein

John A. Rein is a Partner at Wikborg Rein's Oslo office and is part of the firm's Corporate group.

Rein specializes in M&A work and was head of Wikborg Rein's Corporate department from 2000-2004. John has experience of a wide range of commercial and corporate finance transactions, including public takeovers, private acquisitions and disposals, joint ventures, strategic investments, private equity deals, refinancings and restructurings. Prior to joining the firm in 1981 he spent two years with Conoco in London working with oil and gas acquisitions.

He is admitted to the Supreme Court.
