Yafeng Sun

Yafeng Sun is a Resident Partner at Wikborg Rein's Shanghai-office and is part of the firm's Shipping Offshore group. Sun has been working as a Chinese lawyer and Chinese law consultant in several leading local and foreign law firms in Shanghai, New York, London and Vancouver before, during and after receiving his LL.M. degree from New York University School of Law. He is an experienced PRC lawyer acting for many local and international clients relating to international shipping and maritime, international transactions, and investment in China.
