Øyvind Andersen

Øyvind Andersen is a Senior Lawyer at Wikborg Rein's Oslo office and is part of the firm's Trade, Industry and Public Sector group.

Andersen has his main field of work within competition law, state aid and EU/EEA law. He has extensive experience with competition cases, both as a lawyer and with the competition authorities. He has handled several major merger cases and infringement cases before Norwegian and European competition authorities. Andersen also has experience with a great variety of cases within EU/EEA and state aid law, and has handled cases before the Court of Justice of the European Union.
