Christian James-Olsen

Christian James-Olsen is a Senior Lawyer at Wikborg Rein's Bergen office and is part of the firm's Shipping Offshore group. 

James-Olsen's main areas of practice are matters relating to offshore, shipping and maritime law, manufacturing/enterprise law and contract law. He advises suppliers within the oil and gas sector, ship owners and shipyards particularly in issues related to contracts for the building, conversion and maintenance of ships and offshore modules in addition to matters relating to chartering, management and operation of ships and offshore units. James-Olsen has particularly broad experience from negotiations within the oil and gas sector, and is also experienced within dispute resolution and litigation work before Norwegian courts and in arbitrations.
