Simen M. Klevstrand

Simen M. Klevstrand is a Senior Lawyer at Wikborg Rein’s Oslo office and is part of the firm's Trade, Industry and Public Sector group.

Klevstrand's main field of work is competition law and EU/EEA law; merger control, cases regarding alleged infringements of antitrust rules and compliance work. Beside assisting clients in cases handled by Norwegian competition authorities, he has experience in handling EU Commission cases. Klevstrand has previously worked at the Brussels office of the international law firm Clifford Chance LLP. He has published several articles within competition law and EU/EEA law.
