Sølvi Nyvoll Tangen

Sølvi Nyvoll Tangen is a senior lawyer based in Wikborg Rein's Bergen office. She is part of the firm's Corporate group. Tangen primarily works with company and tax law, contract law and stock exchange and securities, including assistance with acquisitions, restructuring of companies, private placements, mergers, de-mergers and various equity transaction.
