Torkjel Valland

Torkjel Valland is a Senior Lawyer at Wikborg Rein's Bergen office and is part of the firm's Real Estate group.

Valland specialises on all issues relating to real estate, with a particular emphasis on transactions regarding business premises and other principles of contract law. Valland has extensive knowledge and experience within real estate law, M&A, property development and facility management, and assists both local and international clients in relation to all kinds of transactions, development, operations and dispute resolution regarding real estate.
