Annette Andreassen
Annette Andreassen is a Senior Associate at Wikborg Rein's Oslo office and is part of the firm's Energy and Natural Resources group.
Andreassen specializes in the development and financing of projects worldwide and has advised and represented state-owned utilities, project sponsors, international consortia, and development finance institutions in relation to the development, privatization and/or financing of projects, located in countries across Africa, Asia, Europe, Latin America and the United States.

Germany
International counsel to Seajacks on its contract for the transportation and installation of 80 monopile substructures transition pieces and turbines for the 288 MW Meerwind Projects, located in the German North Sea.
Kenya
International counsel to Norfund on its equity investment in the 300 MW Lake Turkana wind project.
Norway
International counsel to Nordisk Mobiltelfon during the EUR 40 million financing of a high volume data telecommunications project in Norway under a Sinosure-backed, Chinese Buyer Credit Facility.
Pakistan
International counsel to NBT AS on the development, construction and financing of the 650 MW Gharo-Keti Bander wind project. When completed this will be the largest onshore wind farm in Asia.

- International counsel to WestLB and JPMorgan Chase Bank in the USD 266 million financing of the construction of a gas pipeline from Wyoming to Kansas.
- International counsel to HSBC Securities and Société Générale in the USD 822 million financing of the construction of an LNG receiving terminal located in Cameron Parish, Louisiana.
