Morten Baggerød

Morten Baggerød is a Senior Associate at Wikborg Rein's Oslo office and part of the firm's Shipping Offshore group.

Baggerød has been involved in several major transactions such as, IPO's, acquisitions, equity and share issues and mergers, with a focus on the shipping/offshore aspects of such cases. In addition he advises on sale and purchase of second hand vessels, shipbuilding contracts, charterparties, sale and leaseback transactions, flag changes, management agreements and contract law.

Baggerød has also been stationed at the firm's London office for a period of time, where he mainly worked with preparing and assisting in arbitrations. He advises both Norwegian and international clients.
