Jørgen Gran

Jørgen Gran is Senior Associate at Wikborg Rein's Oslo office and is part of the firm's Corporate group.

Gran possesses special competence within company law, tax law and shipping. He also works with the practice areas Tax Law and Company Law and assists Norwegian and international clients both with continuing counselling as well as in connection with mergers and acquisitions, emissions and other equity transactions and he has also been involved in work regarding restructuring of companies.
