Kjetil Jansen

Kjetil Jansen is a Senior Associate at Wikborg Rein's Oslo office and is part of the firm's Shipping Offshore group. 

Jansen has particular experience in matters involving casualties, bills of lading, charterparties and marine insurance matters. Moreover, he has experience from litigation, both arbitrations and litigation before the Norwegian courts. Jansen was stationed at Wikborg Rein's London office from 2010 to 2011 where he acted in a number of transactions involving various countries' ship registries.
