Stian Sørensen Schilvold

Stian Sørensen Schilvold is a senior associate based in Wikborg Rein’s Oslo office. He is part of the Trade, Industry and Public Sector group. Schilvold primarily works with issues relating to marketing law, e-commerce, privacy, consumer law, agency law, intellectual property rights, licensing and transfer of rights, and employment law.
Schilvold has formerly worked with the Norwegian Consumer Ombudsman and the Norwegian Consumer Council, and he has obtained extensive experience and practice with issues relating to marketing law and consumer law, including requirements regarding the contents and presentation of marketing material and standard contracts with consumers.

Schilvold has his law degree from the University of Oslo.
