Marianne Sahl Sveen

Marianne Sahl Sveen is a senior associate based in  Wikborg Rein's Oslo office. She is part of the firm's Corporate group. Sahl Sveen's main areas of practice relate to securities and company law, where she assists both listed and unlisted companies as well as investors with questions related to take-over's, regulation related to filing obligation and handling of inside information, prospectuses, equity issues and other equity transactions. Sahl Sveen has a law degree from the University of Oslo.
