Torgeir Willumsen

Torgeir Willumsen is Wikborg Rein's Japan Representative in charge of the firm’s Kobe office. He is part of the firm's Shipping Offshore group. The majority of Willumsen's work involves maritime law, in particular casualty work, marine insurance, sale, purchase and lease of vessels and dispute resolution within the maritime sector.
