The target companies each own a commercial property in Drammen municipality. On the property owned by Collettsgate Eiendom AS a building on approx. 6.000 sq meters is under construction. The property owned by Bjørnstjerne Bjørnsonsgate 86-92 AS includes a building on approx 4.000 sq meters. Closing was completed in January 2014 for the shares in Bjørnstjerne Bjørnsonsgate 86-92 AS, while closing for the shares in Collettsgate Eiendom AS is expected to take place in the fourth quarter of 2014. Wikborg Rein assisted the buyer with both preparation of the agreement, contract negotiations and due diligence etc. Arctic Securities ASA was the financial advisor for the buyer.
