Wikborg Rein will do our best to make you the best version of you. Our ambition is to ensure good training and development and follow-up of all our employees.

Our strong focus on competence development is decisive in order to attract, develop and retain talented individuals who increase our competitiveness, both nationally and internationally.

All new employees go through a comprehensive onboarding program when starting their career with us. This helps them familiarize themselves with the firm and their new colleagues. Our digital learning portal includes all our courses and e-learning material, ensuring that all employees have easy and flexible access to their individual competence development. Associates also participate in Wikborg Rein's own training program, the Commercial Law School, where the purpose is to give the associates a presentation of what it means to be a business lawyer.

Of course, the most important talent development takes place in the day-to-day work. Though constructive feedback our employees improve their learning curve and motivation to further development. Newly educated associates are quickly appointed to cases and given responsibility early. Most of them obtain their practising certificate within two years.
