We have long experience related to preparation of employment contracts, termination agreements and various issues related to employment terms and conditions. We often advise on issues related to warnings as well as amendment and termination of employment relationships. We regularly assist both in individual dismissals and larger redundancy processes.

Even with good work invested in the preparation of agreements, disputes will from time to time arise within employment law. We have long experience in handling such disputes, both through negotiations and before the courts.

We are often involved in negotiations regarding termination agreements and understand the importance of precise and well-drafted employment agreements in all employment relationships.

Today, pension issues are attracting increasing attention. The same applies to ethical issues, corruption and whistle-blowing. We see an increased number of assignments within these areas, where we have specialist expertise.
