Commercial Property

Our Commercial Property team is made up of lawyers with extensive experience of all aspects of commercial property law, including the application of specialist contracts, tax regulations, company law, planning and building law, the implications of ground leases and the interconnection between different real estate services.

Due to the size and continued success of our team we are on top of current market practices which are often key to understanding the dynamics and succeeding in commercial negotiations. Our team adopts a project management approach to all matters and makes use of digital tools to ensure timely and efficient execution of projects for our clients. 

With regards to property transactions we assist in facilitation of projects and equity raising, due diligence and contract negotiations as well as the closing of transactions and implementation. 

Within assignments related to property development, we assist in all parts of the process, from the negotiation of option agreements, acquisition of land plots and zoning, via negotiation of construction agreements and following up throughout the construction phase, to negotiation of lease contracts and sale property units.

We have extensive experience in financing related to commercial property, both in terms of bank financing and bond financing. We also have an in depth knowledge of the financial regulations that apply, including when preparing a prospectus and information memo.
