We are happy to announce that we have assisted the shareholders in Timegrip AS in connection with the sale of the company to Timeplan International ApS., a Danish workforce management solutions company backed by Main Capital Partners.

Timegrip AS was founded in Oslo in 2006 and is a software provider of flexible workforce management solutions with core competence in digitization, compliant information management and cloud-based archiving of valuable data. Our assistance included transaction agreement negotiations and general legal transaction advice throughout the process.

The transaction team has consisted of Fredrik Hals, Fredrik Løvberg, and Ole Henrik Wille as partner in charge.
