We have assisted Summa Equity Fund III with its investment in TBAuctions, a leading European online auction platform and marketplace for second hand and second chance goods, recently acquired by European private equity firm Castik Capital.

As part of the transaction, we have assisted with the acquisitions of the Norwegian auction platform provider Auksjonen.no AS, appraiser Bjarøy AS and Swedish auction platform provider PS Intressenter AB. The Wikborg Rein core team comprised Sigurd Opedal, Jonathan Kjerschow, Ingrid Haavaldsen and Tord Pedersen.
