Wikborg Rein launches digital client portal
Clients will now have the opportunity to get complete overview of the client relationship and share important case information in real time with their lawyers. It also allows users access to specialist tools that the lawyers are using - safe and effective in one portal.
The client portal makes it easy to keep in touch with your legal team anywhere and anytime, from any device. Clients get a full overview of matters, detailed billing information and any framework agreement. The portal also provides access to news updates, relevant e-learning modules, automated contract templates and standard documents, as well as an overview over useful seminars and presentations. It is also possible to adjust user access to the different functionalities in the portal.
– The portal compiles all information regarding the individual client relationship in one place. The service is synchronized with our existing document management system, so that the client at all times can use the portal to keep up with the latest developments in the case, says Finn Bjørnstad, Managing Partner in Wikborg Rein.
The client portal is set up in close collaboration with the client so that the content is adapted to each client's needs. The users themselves customize how they want to receive messages about changes to the content of the portal.
– We have previously announced that we are investing in digital and technology-friendly solutions, and the launch of the portal is an important part of this initiative. The client portal is equipped with end-to-end encryption, and the security level in the portal is therefore very high, says Mette Ahlquist, CIO in Wikborg Rein.
The portal will be an integral part of the services offered by Wikborg Rein to its larger clients. Additional services and features are also available, and can be purchased and tailored to the individual client upon request.
– It is important to emphasize that the client portal will in no way replace personal contact in our cooperation with clients. The clear advantage is that all information will be gathered in one place, and that the entire team will at all times be updated on the status of documents, which simplifies the interaction and distribution of activities to different team members. This means that the physical meetings will be more effective, and we also believe that the service makes cooperating with us more seamless and orderly, concludes Bjørnstad.
