More about Audun

Audun provides advice within a wide range of issues relating to Corporate Compliance and Crisis Management, including on international sanctions and export control, anti-corruption, sustainability/ESG and implementation of compliance programs. He has participated in several international investigations relating to corruption or other forms of misconduct, been part of crisis management teams, and frequently contributes to transactions and investment processes. Audun has a particular interest in international law, and has been both trainee and a local employee at the Permanent Mission of Norway to the UN.
