Senior Associate

Bendik works with M&A, and contract law issues.

He provides advice in a number of M&A-related areas, including implementation of capital increases, mergers and demergers. In addition, he assists companies with transactions and drafting of shareholders agreements. He also provides advice in relations to contract law, including in connection with disputes before the courts.

Bendik is particularly interested in the intersection between company law and tort law, and he wrote his master's thesis on so called "direct claims" for shareholders, i.e. what rights the shareholders have to personally assert their proportional loss against the company's wrongdoer.
