Senior Associate

Celine works primarily with all types of transactions within the shipping offshore field. 

She has broad experience within transaction- and project- management and assists Norwegian and international clients with legal advice in connection with contract negotiations and project execution related to shipping and offshore transactions, with a particular focus on project financing, restructuring and sale/purchase of vessels. She has assisted in several large shipping- and financing-projects. 

Celine has a Master's degree in law from the University of Bergen and was previously the vice chairperson of YoungShip Bergen.
